VISIT OUR MEMORIAL GARDEN ON ALL SAINTS SUNDAY - NOVEMBER 1
On November 1 we will celebrate All Saints Sunday at PPC. All Saints Day has been celebrated on November 1 since the year 835. Our reformed faith teaches us to regard all Christian believers as "saints." When we worship, we join with all Christians past, present and future in the "Communion of the saints." We give glory to God for the ordinary, holy lives of the believers in this and every age.
A special place to remember all our saints is PPS's memorial garden located on the Gary Road side of the church. Access is from the Fellowship Hall patio and the driveway entrance. You are invited to attend an "Open Garden" from 12:00 - 2:00 pm on November 1. (masks required) Members of the memorial garden committee will be present to show you around and answer any questions. Come and see how the garden has grown; come and see our new plantings; come and remember your departed family and friends; come and pray; come and meditate; come and remember. The garden is always open and welcomes everyone.
Reminder: niches in the garden ($5,000) and Commemorative Plaque nameplates ($500) are available for purchase.
Memorial Garden Committee: Mary Smith, chair, Nelda Coligan, Jim Dart, Emily D'Andrea, Dianne Gregg, Bobbe Hartzog, Bob Mecklenburg, Cecie Phair, Ed Tennent, Nancy Tietjen and Karen Wise
