Sunday mornings, 9:45 a.m.

Nursery & Toddlers Lower Level, Room 2: Loving care is provided each week by our paid caregiver.

Three year olds  through 5th Grade, Lower Level: Our children’s Sunday School uses a modified Workshop Rotation Model.  After an opening time in their individual classes, the children experience different stations as they learn the Bible stories.  Stations may include: music, art, drama, cooking, computer, creative writing, games, and video.  This allows children to learn in a variety of ways while also having fun!

 Sunday mornings, 11:00 a.m.

Nursery (birth to two years), Lower Level Room 2: Loving care is provided each week during the entire worship hour by our paid caregiver.

Godly Play (three years to second grade), Lower Level Room 4:  Following the “Children at Worship” time, the children continue thier worship in Godly Play, actively participating in religious story and ritual.  Godly Play is designed to awaken their creativity for the learning of parable, sacred story, silence, and liturgical action to help them become more fully aware of the mystery of God’s presence around them and in their lives.

 Choirs

The Wonderful Wednesday Choir: The Wonderful Wednesday Choir, grades K– 2nd, meets on Wednesday afternoons at 4:00 p.m. It gives children an enjoyable and enthusiastic start to their vocal participation in worship. Children discover their singing voices and begin to relate their singing to appropriate notation for their age and development.  This is an active, fun group. Performance is not a goal; meaningful, enjoyable musical participation is.

The Sunrise Singers: Continuing the groundwork laid by the Wonderful Wednesday Choir, The Sunrise Singers for Grades 3-6 meets on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. They begin singing anthems that further their understanding of the Christian faith and their growing knowledge of appropriate musical settings. They sing in worship once a month and participate in special musical dramas and choral festivals.
